Rates:
Include continental breakfast as well as free parking. One car per room. Payments may be made by cash or check and must be made at time of check in. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Summer rates: (May 1st - Sept 30th) $125.00 per night.
Winter rates: (Oct. 1st - April 30th) $60.00 per night.

Cancellations:
We ask that you give us at least 7 days notice for cancellations and changes so that we may make the room available to other guests. Thank you.

Check Out:
Check Out time is by 11:00 am. If you have a need for a late check out please let us know and we are happy to help when we can.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the B & B. We have a patio out back with tables where you are welcome to relax and where smoking is permitted.
